My go-to coffee shop

I've been getting my coffee from Horsham for a while now, usually the espresso blends. This last order was for their Colonna blend, and it was as consistent as ever. Solid coffee, small issues

I ordered the Ethiopian single-origin beans and a V60 dripper. The coffee was really fresh, roast date was recent, and it brewed nicely. The dripper arrived fine, good quality. Delivery took about 5 days, which was okay but not super quick. I wish they had more options for pre-ground coffee, sometimes I just don't feel like grinding. Overall, a good experience and the coffee is worth it.

Nah, pretty sure you can't stack them. The subscription discount is usually a standalone thing. So you gotta pick one or the other.

Most coffee places don't really do returns on opened bags for taste, but if it was something else like a damaged item, maybe. Check their policy page.

I think returns are usually for non-coffee items or if something was wrong with the order itself. For just not liking the taste, probably not, afaik.

They probably just rebrand a standard V60, like most roasters do. It's usually the same as a Hario but with their logo.

Honestly, a V60 is a V60 for the most part. If it's a good price, go for it, but don't expect it to be magically better than a Hario. They sell filters too, which is handy.
